A seasoned optometrist and business visionary with over two decades of experience in eye care services, leadership, and business development, Andre Lenoir served as the senior director of OD professional relations and business development at Walmart from 2021 to 2023. In this position, he contributed to pioneering tele-optometry services in non-doctor locations, leading media initiatives such as podcasts and industry publications, and implementing advanced EMR systems like Epic and Revolution. Andre Lenoir also developed recruitment strategies for optometrists and led product teams responsible for the capital investment in advanced medical equipment.

Prior to his role at Walmart, Dr. Lenoir founded and led several successful eye care businesses. In 2004, he established Dr. Lenoir and Associates LLC in Atlanta, managing a multi-location practice that provided a range of vision services, from contact lens exams to cataract post-operative care. He also founded Southlake Eye Clinic in 2008, where he transformed a distressed clinic into a thriving multi-doctor practice that was eventually sold to a private equity firm. In addition, he founded Optometric Billing Services in 2015, where he introduced real-time verification systems that achieved a 96.7 percent first-time claim reimbursement accuracy.

Andre Lenoir is also dedicated to nonprofit initiatives. He founded Eye Care for Kidz, a clinic focused on providing high-quality eye care to underserved communities in Georgia. Through partnerships with primary care physicians and dentists, he created a safe and comfortable environment for children and their families. In 2012, he launched Atlanta Mobile Eye Care, a mobile unit that brought comprehensive eye care services to schools and retirement facilities in the region. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, running, and racing sports cars.
